Learning Torah with Humanity

The field of Israeli public diplomacy and our struggle against antisemitism suffers from a lack of strategic thinking and is dominated by short-term aggressive tactics. These methods overestimate the power of social media, and focus on our enemies instead of on strengthening our allies.  

 While this kind of work is important in and of itself, we offer strategic thinking based on people-to-people connections, sharing ideas, and building alliances. There is still much to learn about the motivations and sociology of the allies of the Jewish people in this generation. However, we know that religion plays a key role in creating and maintaining these alliances.  

 The time has come to teach Torah to non-Jews in a thorough, serious, and clear manner. Against the background of globalization and the information revolution, we see a rising demand for this type of content and a growing interest in Judaism worldwide. Learning Torah with Humanity aims to share with the world the infinite depth and beauty of the Torah, demonstrate how it can be applied in all areas of life, and inspire everyone who studies it. Beyond the benefit this will accrue to the circle of learners themselves, we believe that the Jewish people has an interest in creating a network of allies and partners based on positive interaction and shared spiritual and intellectual interests.
